Terms & Conditions

### **1. Scope of Services**
Your T&C should clearly define the nature of the services you provide—whether they include digital marketing strategy, content creation, video production, or licensing of explainer videos. Specify whether services are rendered on a one-time, subscription, or contractual basis.

### **2. Intellectual Property Rights**
Given the creative nature of your work, it is imperative to address ownership and usage rights:
- **For Clients:** Clarify whether clients retain full ownership of deliverables (e.g., videos, scripts) upon payment or if usage is subject to licensing terms.
- **For Your Business:** Reserve rights to showcase work in your portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

### **3. Payment and Refund Policies**
Detail payment schedules, accepted methods, and consequences of late payments. If refunds are permitted, specify conditions (e.g., non-delivery of services vs. client dissatisfaction).

### **4. Liability and Disclaimers**
Limit liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your services. Include disclaimers stating that results from digital marketing efforts are not guaranteed and may vary.

### **5. Termination Clause**
Outline circumstances under which either party may terminate the agreement (e.g., breach of contract, non-payment) and any associated penalties or obligations.

### **6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**
Specify the jurisdiction whose laws govern the agreement and preferred dispute resolution methods (e.g., mediation, arbitration).

### **7. Revisions and Updates**
Reserve the right to amend the T&C, with notice provided to users via email or website updates.
